Bab Al Shams Resort

This project comprised the structural and architectural demolition works at Bab Al Shams Resort to facilitate the proposed redevelopment design. The scope included selective internal and external demolition, together with the removal of existing hardscape elements across the site. All works were carefully planned and executed to accommodate the constraints of working within a high-profile resort environment, ensuring protection of retained structures and minimization of disruption to surrounding facilities. Controlled demolition techniques were adopted to achieve precise dismantling in accordance with design requirements, supporting the successful transformation of the site for its next phase of development.
